Mitch holds a Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA and is a member of the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA), the Wisconsin Association of College Admissions Counselors (WACAC) and the Wisconsin Career Development Association.  He writes a monthly newspaper column, “Ask College Sherpa” and is a member of the Unigo Expert Network, a weekly interactive advice column featuring top admissions experts throughout the U.S that runs in various media outlets including U.S. News & World Report, McGraw-Hill, The Huffington Post, AOL and Seventeen Magazine.
